We are a family run Glamping & Camping site set within a small holding or most people call us a FARM based in West Wales on the border of Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire.
With countryside views overlooking the Presilli Hills. We set up our business after moving from Berkshire during Covid in 2020. As part of the journey we were filmed for Channel 5- Country Life for half the Price with Kate Humble.
Frowen Fields has 28 acres and over 60 animals, we are slowly achieving our goal of self sufficiency. Producing our own meats which are also available for purchase when you stay.
Our main focus is keeping rare breed animals, to ensure their heritage are continued for years to come, our Royal Golden Guernsey goats are popular, along with our Saddleback Pigs, and piglets. Llanwenog Sheep, also from within the county where we live. Not forgetting our Welsh Harlequin & Indian runner ducks as well as our chickens which have all had a home upgrade in 2026 and provide us with eggs. Why not come meet our ALPACA which we walk and offer meet and greets with the guests- see experiences when you book to stay.
Helen also likens our family to rare breeds, with our Neurodivergent son and Helen undiagnosed, we have ample of lived experience with ALN/SEN and feel our site is as incusive as it can be for all who decide to stay with us. For 2026 our Zen Den will be available for sensory and fun seekers -which can be booked and enjoyed while your here. With only a handful of families staying at any one time, we feel our site is ideal for neurodivergent families with its calm and relaxing feel plus our understanding and adjustments to ease everyones stay with us.
